Toby Griffin has been in the kitchen industry for over twenty years, as a designer, project manager and director of several retailers of all different sizes; and he's even been known to fit a few kitchens in his time! Toby now works as a consultant to the KBB industry, helping businesses to improve and expand, with a lot of his time spent with trade-only kitchen brand Brown & Hood, based at their factory in Sunderland. Having worked previously at builders' merchant showrooms, Toby offers a unique insight into the strengths and weaknesses of both 'off the shelf' standard kitchens, and custom-made kitchens, and what you should expect and consider when looking at which to choose for you and your customers.
