Sturge Mazzocchi heads the Solar Careers Programme, a key initiative arising from the government-industry Solar Taskforce, aimed at delivering 70GW of solar energy by 2035 for the trade association Solar Energy UK. A pioneer of numerous careers initiatives, Sturge has conceptualised successful training and recruitment platforms at leading industry shows. Sturge is now shaping the brand-new Solar Careers Programme, steering the ambitious objective of reaching 60,000 or more people working in the solar and energy storage sectors by 2035. As well as experience working in solar and underfloor heating, Sturge brings a wealth of experience and skills both in data analytics for global companies and formerly listed on the top 100 Top British Entrepreneurs for Global Entrepreneurs Week.
