Stuart is Head of Skills Policy at BESA, with extensive experience in Learning & Development leadership across the engineering sector. He previously led British Gas's award-winning Engineering Academy network and managed the creation of a major Immersive Learning Centre for the Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM Joint Venture. As Chief Examiner at Energy & Utility Independent Assessment Services, he developed assessment standards for key apprenticeships. A passionate moderniser, Stuart focuses on innovation in training and is committed to supporting the industry's skills needs in the drive toward net-zero emissions.
