Steve Pearce has been working in sales and marketing roles within the New Build Residential Ventilation Industry for over 15 years. This has provided him with a comprehensive knowledge of New Build Ventilation products, the current Building Regulations, various build methods and an in-depth understanding of what developers and property owners need. In his current capacity as the NBR Product Manager, he is deeply involved in the Future Homes Building Regulations and how they will affect the ventilation industry moving forwards.
