Simran is the Policy Analyst- Economic & Network Regulations at Solar Energy UK, the leading trade association for solar and storage in the UK. She recently completed an MSc in International Social and Public Policy (Development) from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an 11-month Parliamentary internship with an SNP MP at the same time as her studies, researching for her Dissertation on Regeneration, Green jobs and Social inclusion in Kilmarnock, Scotland. Before LSE, she was a research scholar working on environmental and energy policy at the Institute of Economics and Econometrics, University of Geneva plus pursued a Master’s degree in Public Policy and a BA in Economics.
