Simon’s career spans over 40 years, starting out as a domestic gas engineer and progressing over the years to various corporate and leadership roles across the energy and construction sector until joining TrustMark as CEO in 2014. In 2015, the findings from the Each Home Counts (EHC) Review were implemented, expanding TrustMark’s remit to include Repair, Maintenance & Improvement (RMI); Retrofit and Energy Efficiency Measures. This work continues into 2023 with many more exciting projects in the pipeline to improve customer protection and help address the ongoing issues relating to supply chain and skills shortage. Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his family and riding motorbikes.
