Scott Riley has extensive experience of the heating industry, having spent his early years as an engineer on renewables, commercial and domestic appliances. He subsequently moved into refrigerant and F gas training, including a stint delivering heat pump training at Baxi, before expanding out into developing comprehensive aftersales propositions with industry professionals.
