As Senior Manager of Global Water Programs, Samantha Duffy leads the global business for UK and EU schemes. Samantha is the technical authority and go-to expert on UK and European water standards, balancing strategic business management, technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful execution of global growth strategies and long-term program sustainability.
Samantha joined NSF in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience from business development, regulatory assurance and operational leadership roles within the environmental sector of water utilities and waste management. Her extensive background includes executive roles at Thames Water and Veolia Water, where she managed regulated water business operations and commercial contracts in both potable and wastewater activities.
Samantha holds an MBA from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management from Kingston University. She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Waste Management and a Member of the Institute of Water. Her professional qualifications include NEBOSH certification with distinction, Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow belt certifications, and multiple Certificates of Technical Competence in waste management and water operations.
