Rose Rowkins

Rose Rowkins (pronounced as in "Row Row Your Boat") has worked as a Samaritan, youth worker, counsellor and multi-award-winning project lead. She has held more sick buckets than she cares to remember, talked people out of the sea at 2am, and sat with people in their darkest times. Since 2015, she has taught 1000s of people around the world how to talk about suicide. She knows a conversation can save a life, because one saved hers. One courses she co-wrote has been delivered to over 10,000 people and is now part of the curriculum at several UK Medical Schools. She sings in a sweary choir, lifts weights, has a charity shop obsession, and is relishing the challenge of raising a kind boy in a world that can feel unkind.
