Enforcement Manager , Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS)

Richard Poate is an Enforcement Manager in the Construction Products Team in the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).  His professional background is in engineering and compliance and previously worked for a test and certification organisation for almost 30 years. 

Richard works closely with colleagues in government and across industry to help support businesses in complying with construction products law and taking proportionate enforcement action where appropriate.
