Dr Richard Jack is the technical director of Build Test Solutions. Richard is a building physicist who has spent the past 10 years developing tools to measure the energy performance of buildings in both academia and industry, his is passionate about making measurement a normal part of the way buildings are built, retrofitted and managed.
