Olly Zanetti is a senior mission manager in Nesta's sustainable future mission. He leads Nesta's work in the skills and capacity area of focus, running and overseeing innovation projects that aim to increase heat pump installer numbers, increase productivity and help improve quality. In particular, the work focuses on innovations that enable existing heating engineers to add heat pumps to their offer to customers.
