Max McCone is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Global Early Careers Professional Lead for Building Services at Mott MacDonald. He is currently the Global Chair for CIBSE’s Young Engineer’s Network, a member of the Royal Academy Engineer’s Early Careers Engineers Professional Engineering Council and an elected member of CIBSE Council.
He is passionate about innovation, including the use of digital tools, sustainable practice and supporting the next generation of building services engineers through STEM engagement. He sits on CIBSE’s AI Working Group and is a lead author for the upcoming position paper by CIBSE on AI’s Use within Building Services.
