Matt Sheen
With over 30 years of experience in the tool trade, Matt Sheen brings a wealth of hands-on industry knowledge to the Installer Show. His career has come full circle, Matt originally started his journey in the trade at Draper Tools in the 90s, before spending two decades honing his expertise in senior leadership roles across the sector.
In 2023, he returned to Draper to lead the business, driven by a passion for the tool industry and a commitment to supporting the next generation of tradespeople. Matt is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between established tradespeople and the emerging workforce. In this session, he will share vital insights into Gen Z attitudes toward construction careers, exploring how perceptions are changing and what this means for the future.
