I strive to help new entrants succeed in the electrical industry as creator of the Apprentice 121 community with a free to access academy and YouTube content in both podcast (apprentice 121 channel) and work site format (Mark the sparky Allison channel). I make regular donations of equipment to both learners, training providers and employers.
