Mario Dodić is an HVAC trainer and founder of HVAC Education Hub – an international educational platform for heat pumps with a training center in Croatia and interactive online courses open to learners worldwide. Mario’s career began in technical and service support for major heat pump manufacturers, where he managed a full product range, led the service department, and ran both troubleshooting and training programs. Over time, he realized that most issues stemmed not from the heat pump itself, but from system design and installation. This insight drove him to start a YouTube channel, and in March 2025, he launched his own education company. He has contributed to several heat pump books as a collaborator or knowledge resource. His clients span from global manufacturers to local engineers and installers, and he collaborates with most heat pump manufacturers both locally and internationally.
