Director , Golden Thread BIM

Mandeep works with all types of organisations to help them meet the demands of the Building Safety Act and adapt to the industry’s changing regulatory landscape. He has supported Tier One contractors in successfully achieving Gateway 2 approval on various projects and provides guidance on everything from Gateway 2 applications to Principal Accountable Person responsibilities.

Coming from a background in SaaS technologies and BIM, with over a decade of experience, Mandeep has a strong focus on information management and the Digital Golden Thread.

Mandeep has been an active member of BIM4Water in the past and is a current member of BIM4Housing and the ‘Golden Thread Task Force’.
