Josh Leach
OFGEM
Josh is currently the Head of Operational Delivery for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) at Ofgem. His teams are responsible for the review and processing of applications, redemptions as well as registration of installers onto the scheme.
Josh has extensive knowledge of Ofgem's renewable heating schemes having previously overseen the closure of the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme to new applications in 2022 prior to the launch of the BUS.
