Jordan is the Senior Customer Support Specialist at MCS, the UK's quality mark for renewable energy technologies like solar panels and heat pumps, that are installed in homes and small businesses. Prior to starting his journey with MCS in 2021, Jordan worked in both litigation and customer service following the completion of his degree in Sports Science. The strong interpersonal skills and drive to solve complex problems he developed during this time were key areas of expertise he brought to his role at MCS. He was promoted in 2022 to a senior role, developing a keen interest in renewable technologies and completing a tailored CPD Award in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Air Source Heat Pumps and Small Scale Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems. Jordan's current position involves supporting the Customer Support Helpdesk in all capacities, particularly on queries, ensuring detailed and timely responses can be given. He plays an integral role in upskilling within his team, underpinned by his passion for renewable energy and delivering high quality customer service. Jordan was recognised at the latest MCS Vision Summit with the Change Champion Award.
