Jon Vanstone is Chair of National Home Improvement Council, as well as Industry Competence Committee under Building Safety Regulator. Jon is recognised as a Construction Industry Competence, Building Regulation Compliance and Healthy Homes expert. Jon has been involved in numerous government related committees, a former member of Building Regulations Advisory Committee for DLUHC, Jon also worked on; Future Homes Standards; Golden Thread; Governance Panel for Competent Person Schemes; Mandatory Technical Competencies for Roofing, Glazing, Electrics and Renewables; Competence Steering Group; Interim Industry Competence Committee. Furthermore, Jon is Chair of leading glazing industry association Certass, with 3,500 installer company members.
