Jess Eddowes is a senior product leader in the UK heating and showering industry, currently shaping Triton’s category strategy as Senior Product Manager and soon stepping into the role of Head of Product Management. She has led major product transformation, delivered commercially successful NPD, and built a reputation for turning market insight into practical, commercially sharp product direction.

Alongside her product leadership, Jessica has played a key role in strengthening Triton’s people proposition, helping drive cultural improvement and employee initiatives across the business. She is also recently become an active member of the CIC Elevate Working Group, contributing to industry‑wide efforts to improve inclusion, progression, and the working environment across construction.

Jess brings a grounded, customer-focused perspective on how product innovation and people‑centred culture can work together to drive long‑term industry growth.
