Jason Clark is the Executive Chairman and co-founder of PEW Electrical Distributors, (www.pew.ltd) the leading distributor for Lift electrical and mechanical products in the UK. The business grew from the success of an early career as founder and operator of a plumbing and heating business serving a portfolio of prestigious clients in the City of London. In addition to his business responsibilities, Jason is the driving force behind the organisation’s deep commitment to its Corporate and Social Responsibility Programme, actively supporting those facing challenging situations as well as young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. This is something that Jason is passionate about, as he also came from this type of background. His work includes advocacy alongside the founder of Excluded From School; fundraising for the Little Havens Children’s Hospice, which saw him complete the London Marathon; and enrolling young people from disadvantaged backgrounds onto the company’s apprenticeship programmes. An active networker at home and abroad, he facilitates collaboration with customers and suppliers and hosts events that enable industry stakeholders to build new contacts. In acknowledgement of his dedication, Jason was proud to have been nominated as a finalist in the City of London Lord Major’s Dragon Award for Social Impact in 2023 and as a finalist for the Director of the Year Award by the Institute of Directors. Jason received the freedom of the City of London and was admitted into the freedom of the Worshipful Company of Plumbers as a Liveryman in January 2019 and is also a court assistant. He is proud to be a Master Plumber, a registered Engineering Technician with the Engineering Council and Fellow of the CIPHE, being elected President of the CIPHE in June 2025 as well as sitting as Chair of the Plumbing Employer Trailblazer Group and as a member of the Disciplinary Committee. The latter roles see him focusing on supporting apprenticeships within the Heating and Plumbing industry, working with City & Guilds and the government.
