Jason Allen is Commercial Product Manager for heat pumps at Ideal Commercial Heating, with over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry and more than 15 specialising in heat pump technology. His career spans sales, business development and technical support, giving him deep understanding of both product performance and real‑world application.

A passionate advocate for decarbonisation, Jason is focused on helping the industry transition confidently towards low carbon technologies. He places particular emphasis on system design, recognising its critical role in the successful implementation of heat pump solutions, and is known for his hands-on approach to problem solving and on-site support.
