James has worked across several areas of the heat pump sector, having originally been an installer before moving into system design and training for some of the industry's biggest names, such as Freedom Heat pumps and Vaillant. James and Lewis wrote 'Heat pumps Unlocked' together in partnership with Heat Geek, with a view to simplify some of the most technical aspects of a heat pump design and installation. James now heads up the design team at British Gas, all of whom are Heat geek mastery qualified and have an ambition to be recognized by the industry as being amongst the best design teams.
