Initially training as a plumber and a gas engineer, James brings a wealth of experience to the panel having built, owned, scaled and sold a successful plumbing and heating business. James went on to work with global software companies within the trade sector, advising UK businesses on digitalisation and efficiency before transitioning into health technology to lead as a Chief Commercial Officer. Returning to the trades, James now manages the Simpro UK Partner Network, driving awareness of Simpro Partner integrations that add value to the Simpro customer experience and increase operational efficiency.
