James left school at 17 and started on the shop floor making tea and cleaning up after three 40 year old guys. 24 years later of progression and he ended up buying the business with his wife! His role within the business has never changed, he loves being on the shop floor dealing face to face with clients and still get a buzz from clinching sales.
James is very passionate about the industry and its future!
