Isabel oversees three of H'fele's most in-demand categories. Her role sees her balance data-based decision-making with creative problem-solving to drive growth and profitability for the business. Aware that a key challenge for customers in today's market is price sensitivity, she ensures H'fele always delivers on its promise to provide high-quality products with value-added services at credible price points. This year, Isabel will lead the launch of Utensio, H'fele's new range of storage accessories and bins. She's worked with a taskforce of in-house experts on developing and delivering the Utensio range to achieve what she describes as a 'true five-star offering, from installation through to functionality'. Isabel joined H'fele six years ago, having worked in product management for 12 years. She's worked for Howdens and British Gypsum, and most of her career experience to date has been in the construction industry and, specifically, the KBB market.
