He has worked on high-end projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, building a reputation for delivering consistent, high-quality finishes on site.
Ian is the founder of PaintTech Training Academy, which has trained thousands of decorators across the UK, and the creator of the Spraying Makes Sense community — the largest independent spraying group in the trade.
He also runs the Decorators Growth Club, supporting decorators in improving their pricing, systems, and overall business approach.
