Graham has been In the heat pump game since 2010, He's a techie, so he has inflicted the technology on his family for 15 years. He has a deep-seated loathing of gas boilers. He spent 15 years designing and supplying heat pumps to the industry as a distributor for Samsung and Hitachi heat pumps. In 2025 after 15 years moaning that heat pumps are all not good enough, he started working for Haier Europe on the heat pump development team. The aim being to produce simpler, better heat pumps that the kit available today. He is the author of four heat pump books which he will be discussing.
