
Gary Neville is a former footballer and manager and is well known for his enthusiasm for energy-efficient buildings, plus his concerns about the number of people in fuel poverty and poor housing. In an interview with Steven Bartlett, Neville said he was "offended by the fact that we can’t raise the standards at the highest level and the fact that we can’t look after people and make sure that everyone’s got a house to be able to live in that’s of a comfortable size and in the area they want to live in".
