Gareth is a Director of both Thermly and Via and has a long track record of leading on business case development, complex financial modelling and funding support for major public and private sector clients around economic development initiatives and the development of places – including working with a number of loan and equity funds for clients such as the Greater Manchester LEP and Funding London, as well as his recent work on the potential SW Able to Pay Loan Fund. Gareth is focussed on bringing his experience-based business logic together with programming and reporting skills to design and implement robust, efficient automated data solutions and produce sleek, engaging data visualisations and reporting platforms for clients across the built environment. One example is the successful C-Path (www.c-path.com) platform developed and owned by Thermly – a digital tool for rapidly analysing the cost and impact of retrofit interventions at scale.
