Gabriella M. Davis, known as Gaby, serves as Chief Administrative Officer of IAPMO, where she plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission to protect public health and safety. In this role, Gaby oversees shared services that support IAPMO’s impact, including membership services, human resources, customer service, IT, and facilities management. Gaby also works closely with the IAPMO Standards Council, which oversees the development of the Uniform Plumbing CodeⓇ and Uniform Mechanical CodeⓇ, both designated as American National Standards.
With more than three decades at IAPMO, Gaby has contributed to shaping the standards landscape through her extensive leadership within the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), where she has served on the Board of Standards Review, the Executive Standards Council, and currently on the ANSI Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to open, balanced, and consensus-based standards development.
Gaby also supports the mission of the International Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Foundation (IWSH), IAPMO’s public charity, traveling to remote communities through the IWSH Community Plumbing Challenge. Gaby serves as Secretariat for the World Plumbing Council, helping advance global initiatives alongside the World Health Organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
