A strong advocate for apprenticeships and early careers, Dax has spent many years creating opportunities for young people to gain valuable skills, confidence, and career pathways. He has designed and delivered programmes that help individuals grow from entry-level roles into leadership positions, while also supporting organisations to build strong talent pipelines for the future.

With a track record of delivering impactful learning strategies, leadership development programmes, and talent initiatives, Dax is committed to developing people, unlocking potential, and helping businesses create environments where individuals can thrive and succeed. Dax has been at City Plumbing for three years and is currently Head of People Development and Talent.
