Daphne Doody-Green
Daphne brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in strategy, people, and change management. Before joining the Bathroom Association, she held a number of leadership roles at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a global professional body, where she led UK and International market development, senior stakeholder engagement, and led changes programmes to both attract and retain members. Throughout her career, Daphne has built a strong track record of shaping and delivering membership strategies, leading high-performing teams, and developing influential partnerships across government, industry, and academia. She is passionate about creating purposeful, member-led communities that drive long-term value and positive change.
As CEO, Daphne is focused on amplifying the voice of BA members, extending reach and growing members for the association. Her priorities will also include navigating regulatory change, advancing sustainability, and providing members with the insight, data, and connections they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
A certified coach, mentor, and former board member of key good employment charters in Northern England, Daphne is also deeply committed to raising standards of fairness, quality, and inclusion across the industry.
