Daniel Jackson is a seasoned Training and Development professional with over 15 years of experience across a range of industries, including automotive, HVAC, and medical technology. He previously led Honda Europe's comprehensive training program, covering an array of products from cars and motorcycles to marine engines, power products, and robotics. For the past three years, Daniel has been instrumental in creating, developing, and delivering Daikin UK's national training agenda. His approach is solution-focused, tailoring delivery methods to the situation - whether that's traditional face-to-face instruction, eLearning, or emerging technologies like virtual reality. A passionate advocate for hands-on, experiential learning, Daniel's core motivation is enhancing the customer experience through better-trained teams.
