Damian started his KBB career at MFI in 1999 delivering circa 50,000 KBB installations annually, managing a sub-contracted workforce in excess of 2,000 installation businesses. In 2006, Damian, along with two former colleagues, launched the UK’s first institute dedicated to the installation sector, which was traditionally a ‘bolt on’ to the multi-billion pound KBB retail industry. Damian has also worked as a consultant for international agency GLG, working with global blue-chip businesses in the US, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East, on various construction projects and growth initiatives.
