Csilla Szigetvári
Csilla is a mechanical engineer and educational leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the HVAC sector. In her role as Vice President of the Association of Hungarian Gas Industry Entrepreneurs (MGVE), she spearhead national talent management and vocational training modernisation.
She has been deeply involved in international skills competitions as a WorldSkills and EuroSkills Expert since 2017, serving as Chief Expert at EuroSkills Gdańsk 2023 and twice as Deputy Chief Expert. She is particularly passionate about the Junior Skills program, where she designs the competitive tasks and evaluation frameworks for young trainees. Alongside her strategic work, she remains an active design engineer and technical expert, which allows her to maintain a vital, hands-on connection to current industry practices and innovations.
