Benoit focuses on Nesta's work on the skills and capacity of the heat pump sector, testing new solutions to grow the number of skilled heating engineers working with heat pumps and to develop better pathways for new entrants into the sector. Benoit joined Nesta in 2023. Prior to this, he completed a PhD in Politics at the University of Oxford and was a senior postgraduate teaching assistant in international relations at University College London.
