Andrew brings four decades of hands-on experience in the furniture and construction industries to his role at H'fele. By heading up the H'fele Training Academy and supporting the business with in-house design development projects, he plays a key role in bridging product innovation with practical application. As part of the team behind Utensio, Andrew has drawn on his 11 years at H'fele and wider industry knowledge to undertake product market analysis, with a focus on developing and enhancing functionality across the new range. Having spent much of his career designing and installing kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms, Andrew understands the real-world challenges faced by installers and kitchen designers alike. On the Utensio project, he was able to put this knowledge into action through the creation of visual installation guides and supporting card templates ' all designed to make fitting as straightforward as possible.
