Andy has been working in education and training for almost twenty years. Throughout that time his passion has been the transformative power of skills to truly change lives for the better – and how, through the effective use of technology, we can open this opportunity to all. Today Andy is Chief Customer Officer at City & Guilds, with responsibility for developing and delivering our high-quality technical and vocational skills assessments, credentials, and blended training programmes that lead to jobs and meet the changing needs of industry. At City & Guilds, we have a clear vision - one that goes back almost 150 years; we stand for a world in which everyone has the skills and opportunities to succeed. Prior to joining City & Guilds, Andy held a number of senior executive roles at Pearson Plc, working both in the UK and across global markets. Before Pearson, Andy spent several years in M&A advisory at KPMG, supporting private equity and corporate clients on deals across EMEA.
