Andrew Partington leads NetRet's growth strategy and partnerships. With more than twenty years in construction consultancy, digital learning and large?scale training, he designed the company's supply?chain development model and now oversees its implementation. Andrew works closely with housing associations, contractors and government bodies to unlock funding, expand the supply chain and build a skilled retrofit workforce that supports the UK's net?zero objectives.
