Andrew has a masters degree in Product Design & Manufacturing Engineering and has prior experience in Aviation Engineering, Project Management, Customer Experience Design and Digital Channel Management. He now crafts the end to end journeys of products and services that empower people to reduce the carbon footprint of their homes. EDF see the decarbonisation of heating as a key component of how it is helping Britain achieve Net Zero.
