Andrew de Bere is a seasoned training and quality assurance leader with over two decades of experience in the energy, utilities, and smart metering sectors. He has a proven record of developing and managing accredited training programmes across a range of technical disciplines, including ACS, EUSR, ASHP, Solar PV, Battery Storage, and EV Charging. Andrew's leadership has guided the training and mentoring of more than 1,200 installers, alongside the end-to-end establishment of fully accredited training centres. Holding qualifications in adult education, vocational assessment, and internal verification, he blends strategic operational oversight with a deep commitment to learner outcomes, compliance, and continuous improvement in adult learning environments.
