Being part of an industry that has a huge element of client engagement and being able to provide technical knowledge is a key reason why I enjoy my role as an Account Manger so much. The way that the FM industry is moving in a fully digital direction is very exciting as we are now in a world where we can see all of the invisible data with breaking edge technologies. The next 5-10 years are going to be very interesting in FM and my aim is to be right at the front of the journey
