Samsung Climate Solutions to showcase the future of connected heating and cooling at InstallerSHOW 2026

As overheating concerns, electrification targets and demand for low-carbon heating continue to reshape the UK HVAC sector, the conversation around heating and cooling in buildings is shifting beyond decarbonisation alone and towards the wider issues of comfort, connectivity and in-use building performance.

Against this backdrop, Samsung Climate Solutions will return to InstallerSHOW 2026 at NEC Birmingham, where visitors to the Samsung stand will be among the first to explore the manufacturer’s latest heating, cooling and connected control technologies.

On Stand 5D40 Samsung will exclusively launch its new EHS Quint heat pump and EHS Remote Care from 11:00am on Tuesday 23rd June, with the new systems demonstrated live throughout InstallerSHOW alongside the latest WindFree™ residential air conditioning range and Climate Club installer loyalty programme.

Designed to support installers across both heating and cooling products, Climate Club enables users to earn points through eligible Samsung outdoor unit purchases, with points redeemable through a marketplace featuring thousands of products and benefits.

Visitors who sign up to Climate Club during InstallerSHOW 2026 will receive an exclusive 100 bonus points, and attendees taking part in Samsung’s on-stand activities will have the chance to win prizes including a FIFA World Cup 26™ Trionda Pro Ball and Samsung Buds 3 Pro.

Samsung’s commitment to its installer network is further strengthened by the manufacturer’s continued investment in training and technical support. Installers visiting the stand will be able to speak with Samsung’s training experts about new product training modules, alongside a soon-to-be-launched online training platform.

Jon Brigly, Marketing Lead at Samsung Climate Solutions said: “Installers today are being asked much broader questions than they were a few years ago. It’s no longer just about heating systems in isolation: installers are increasingly expected to understand cooling, connectivity, controls and how everything works as a broader system within the building.

“What we’re showcasing at InstallerSHOW this year really reflects that shift. From the launch of EHS Quint through to our latest WindFree™ systems, connected controls and Climate Club loyalty programme, the focus is on giving installers the technologies and support to help them respond to changing customer needs and evolving regulations.

“InstallerSHOW always provides a great opportunity to have honest conversations with the industry about where the market is heading, the challenges installers are facing, and how connected HVAC technologies will continue to evolve over the coming years.”

Samsung Climate Solutions will be showcasing a range of new products and services on its stand, including its:

· EHS Quint Heat Pump – Samsung will be exclusively launching its new EHS Quint air-to-water heat pump, designed to deliver simultaneous heating, cooling and domestic hot water production from a single system. Configured as a hybrid heat pump system, the EHS Quint separates the

refrigerant line from the hydraulic line, combining ease of installation with direct expansion comfort. Designed around evolving F-Gas regulations, the system uses R32 refrigerant and includes features such as EHS Remote Care and Cascade Control for optimised monitoring and multi-unit management.

· WindFree™ Première+ – Visitors will also be able to explore Samsung’s latest residential air conditioning solution featuring the manufacturer’s WindFree™ cooling technology. Originally introduced ten years ago to eliminate direct cold air blasts and create a more comfortable ‘still air’ environment, the latest WindFree Première+ incorporates advanced artificial intelligence functionality capable of learning user habits, adapting to environmental conditions and optimising comfort and energy performance automatically.

· EHS Remote Care – InstallerSHOW attendees will be able to explore Samsung’s new user-friendly cloud-based platform, which enables installers to perform real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and service on every connected EHS unit. All information is accessible from any device, any location, and it is all secured by Knox.

Samsung Climate Solutions experts will be on hand throughout InstallerSHOW 2026 to demonstrate the latest technologies and discuss Samsung’s wider training and connected services offering.

The team will hold a series of live EHS Quint and EHS Remote Care demonstrations following the official launches from 11:00am on Tuesday 23rd June. Further demonstrations will take place from 2.30pm on Tuesday 23rd June, 11:00am and 2.30pm on Wednesday 24th June, and 11:00am on Thursday 25th June.
