A recent research report by Hafele – Kitchens for Living: A Picture of the UK Kitchen – explores the evolution of kitchen design, highlighting the latest trends, technologies, and innovations that are reshaping the way we envision and create kitchen spaces within the home.
The report, based on research conducted with over 2,000 UK homeowners, revealed up-to-date insights of the aspirations, priorities, pain points, and desired features of homeowners in their kitchens.
Some key findings from the whitepaper include:
- 31% of homeowners feel the need to upgrade their kitchen but are worried about getting the design wrong
- 52% of homeowners would like lighting built into their kitchen cabinets
- 27% of homeowners feel their kitchens are too small
- 25% of homeowners would like Wi-Fi-enabled appliances in their kitchens
Understanding consumer insights can offer a competitive advantage and allow you to create designs that resonate with your clients.
