Instantor are again exhibiting at InstallerSHOW 2026 – stand D22 in Hall 5. The company is celebrating it’s 100th year of innovation and will be showcasing its biggest and best stand yet, featuring live demonstrations, prizes and appearances from mascot Stan. Installers can find out about the latest press technology and also take part in an interactive game for a chance to win a brand new Instantor press tool.

Alongside its established range of press systems, tools and accessories, Instantor will unveil an entirely new product category at the show which is expected to be one of the company’s biggest product introductions to date.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to get hands-on with Instantor products to experience the speed, simplicity and reliability first hand. Award-winning Master Plumber and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Plumbers, Jimmy Hendry, will be on the Instantor stand during day one of the exhibition to meet fellow installers and discuss the latest developments within the industry.

Press Fittings & Pipe That Work A Hard As You Do

The Instantor Press System includes Leak Before Press (LBP) Technology which now comes as standard. Designed to identify unpressed fittings during low-pressure testing, Leak Before Press helps reduce the risk of leaks, costly damage and installer call-backs. The system offers high quality press fittings and Pex-al-Pex multi layer pipe which both come with a 50 year peace of mind guarantee.

Press Tools That Perform Every Step of the Way

Instantor’s ground-breaking new IT2030 Direct Drive Press Tool will also be taking centre stage. Designed with a brushless direct drive motor, the tool delivers fast, consistent pressing performance whilst reducing maintenance requirements associated with hydraulic systems. A rotating head improves accessibility in confined spaces, and the integrated OLED display provides information including battery level, press count and maintenance reminders. An LED ring light also improves visibility in darker working environments.

Instantor Copper Press – Hassle Free & Super Clean Finish

Instantor Copper Press fittings for water and gas applications offer installers a high-quality flame-free jointing solution that’s up to 35% faster than traditional methods. The range is WRAS, KIWA and GASTEC QA approved, reinforcing Instantor’s commitment to quality, compliance and installer confidence across every application.

Pipe That’s Compliant with the Latest Regulations

The newest addition to Instantor’s multilayer pipe range includes thicker insulation compliant with Part L and Part B regulations, helping improve both thermal efficiency and fire safety performance. Manufactured using durable PEXb layers bonded to a butt-welded aluminium core, the pipe combines flexibility, strength and oxygen-tight performance and maintains its shape after bending.

Lead-Free Compression Fittings

Responding to increasing focus on drinking water quality and future legislation, Instantor has developed a new range of lead-free compression fittings manufactured using CW511L brass. Designed for use with both copper and PEX tube systems, the range is ready for the upcoming EU Drinking Water Directive while maintaining the durability and reliability expected from Instantor products. The fittings are WRAS, KIWA and NSAI approved.

PPSU Press Fittings with a Built-In Safety Function

Instantor’s new PPSU Press fitting range incorporates Leak Before Press Technology while offering compatibility with both TH and U profile press jaws, helping installers transition without costly retooling. The lead-free PPSU material supports improved water quality while also resisting scaling, corrosion and chlorine exposure. Suitable for demanding environments such as hospitals, care homes and food preparation facilities, the range is available in sizes from 16mm to 32mm.

Gas & Heat Pump Installs, Sorted

Paktermo by Instantor is a flexible stainless steel gas installation system designed to simplify installation, reduce tool requirements and minimise errors on site. The system combines corrugated stainless steel tubing with a dedicated range of fittings to provide a faster alternative to traditional rigid pipework. Instantor will also showcase Paktermo HP hoses for heat pump applications, featuring UV-resistant insulation and flexible construction to support easier outdoor installation layouts and improved system positioning.
