InstallerSHOW – the UK’s biggest heating, plumbing and electrical trade show – moves to the NEC this June 21-23. Apart from doubling in size, InstallerSHOW is joining forces with many of the industry’s leading trade bodies who are playing key roles in the UK’s accelerating drive towards net-zero.
Joining this list is Hydrogen UK – a trade association committed to the development and deployment of hydrogen solutions. Hydrogen is essential to delivering net zero in the UK, and we must act now to scale hydrogen solutions to deliver cost effective deep decarbonisation.
This year, InstallerSHOW is introducing elemental theatres – live content streams streaming from elemental – an online community of decision-makers working across a range of sectors – local authorities, social housing, healthcare, leisure, industrial, commercial and domestic – responsible for making decisions about the provision of heat, water, air movement and energy within a building.
Many of InstallerSHOW’s trade body and association partnerships will provide content sessions in the elemental theatres – including The Property Energy Professionals Association (PEPA), a trade body representing companies that are engaged in the provision of Energy Performance Certificates.
InstallerSHOW is also delighted welcome Actuate UK – an engineering services alliance and the umbrella body for UK engineering services. Speaking with a single and authoritative voice to affect positive change in the built environment, Actuate UK brings together the leading trade, technology and professional bodies within this multi-billion-pound sector, including BESA, BSRIA, CIBSE, ECA, FETA, LEIA, SELECT and SNIPEF.
“It’s hugely reassuring to have trade bodies of this calibre and influence joining us at InstallerSHOW,” said Managing Director Michael Costain.
“The amount of collaboration and discussion that needs to take place over the next few years as we chart our journey towards net-zero will be immense.
“So, we’re delighted that InstallerSHOW can play it’s part in facilitating valuable face-to-face engagement with the industry’s leading trade bodies, manufacturers, decision-makers and installers to effect change.”
Apart from the trade body partnerships being announced today, InstallerSHOW also has the support of: APHC, BASA, BMA, BEAMA, BPMA, CIPHE, CORGI, ECA, ESTA, HETAS, ICOMMEHNA, Liquid Gas asnd WcOP.
