Mitsubishi Electric Networking & Story Sharing Lunch
To mark Women in Engineering Day on Tuesday 23rd June, and celebrate the incredible contribution of women across the engineering and construction sector, Mitsubishi Electric will be hosting a Networking and Story Sharing Lunch at InstallerSHOW 2026.
Hosted by Mitsubishi Electric, the session will bring together professionals from across the HVAC and wider construction industry — from graduates through to CEOs — with a particular focus on those shaping the future of low carbon heating and cooling in the UK.
What to expect
- A relaxed networking session welcomed and hosted by Charlotte Lee, Chief Executive at Heat Pump Association UK
- Story sharing from women across Mitsubishi Electric, offering real perspectives on career journeys, leadership, and engineering impact
- Insights from our guest speaker Grace Deane on balancing a dual-career in STEM and as a professional women’s rugby player
- We will then make our way to the Installer Show’s official ‘Celebrating Women in the Industry’ panel with our own Margaret Rafter, Consultant Sales Engineer, taking the stage at 4pm
