The journey through the Single Construction Regulator Prospectus
Keeping up with the constant changes in legislation and government policy is a challenge for businesses of all shapes and sizes and the Building Safety Regime in particular is developing fast. With the introduction of a new Single Construction Regulator we will start the day looking at how we can organise the different duties, obligations and expectations into the three ‘buckets’ of Buildings, Products and Professions to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities and who is required to do what.
